We’ve been in the industry for a while, 20 years and counting. Nicolle has personally been a bridesmaid over 30 times. (Not a joke) So we know weddings. We treat all our couples like family, Nicolle’s Southern and Italian it’s ingrained in the blood. As a team we work very hard to make your wedding day unforgettable for you as a couple and for your guests. We do love traditions, but we love twisting them up and having fun.

We are based in Central and South Florida but plan events all over the state of Florida. We do love to travel and are happy to take on an adventure with you. We have and will plan events across the country and Destination Weddings are a favorite.

Venue Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the set-up, food and beverage and logistics as it relates to the venue directly. An outside Wedding Planner such as Orange Butterfly Productions will manage and coordinate all the logistics of the Wedding with the entire team from Photographer, Florist to DJ.
The main objective of a Wedding Planner is to make wedding planning process easier for you as a couple. To streamline the process for all your wedding vendors including the Venue coordinator. This will allow all the vendors to deliver at the highest level which means a fantastically amazing wedding day!

Yes, We do! Our Day of Management Package starts 6 weeks from your Wedding Day. We help you wrap up the details and take everything off your hands. For more information visit our Wedding Package page

We will work whichever floral designer you choose, but we do not offer flora design work. We do offer décor design services that can be customized with a floral design instillation.

We offer several Wedding Packages, an will work with couples to customize to any budget. No Wedding is the same so not one packages fits all. Our packages start at $2,000.
