MEET OWNER & MAIN PLANNER, NICOLLE NIE

 

Nicolle is a traditional Southern woman with just a little bit of sass, fierceness and sparkle. She comes from a large Italian, German, Irish family so there was always an occasion for a party growing up. That is where her love of events was born. At the hands of her Mother and Nonna; Nicolle learned to throw the most fabulous events so it was natural to become an event planner. Having been a bridesmaid over 20 times Nicolle knows all the ins and outs of weddings. 

 

Orange Butterfly Productions is a full-service Event Planning Production company based in South Florida. Originally opened in 2003 as Events by Nicolle. It is Owned and Operated by Nicolle Nie. We primarily serve South and Central Florida, but we also love to travel.

Nicolle boasts a Master in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  She holds dual degree focuses in Event Management and Finance. She opened Events by Nicolle while finishing her Masters Degree. She brings creativity and a unique eye for detail to all her events. She prides herself on providing highly customized and unique events for all her clients.

 

In 2012, Nicolle's mother Pam was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer, this prompted Nicolle to step back from Event Planning full time to take care of her family. Nicolle has continued planning events for various charities including the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and local churches.

In honor of her late mother Events by Nicolle has transformed into Orange Butterfly Productions by Nicolle Nie.
