What’s the difference between You and a Venue Coordinator?Venue Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the set-up, food and beverage and logistics as it relates to the venue directly. An outside Wedding Planner such as Orange Butterfly Productions will manage and coordinate all the logistics of the Wedding with the entire team from Photographer, Florist to DJ. The main objective of a Wedding Planner is to make wedding planning process easier for you as a couple. To streamline the process for all your wedding vendors including the Venue coordinator. This will allow all the vendors to deliver at the highest level which means a fantastically amazing wedding day!

Where do you plan events? Do you Travel?We are based in Central and South Florida but plan events all over the state of Florida. We do love to travel and are happy to take on an adventure with you. We have and will plan events across the country and Destination Weddings are a favorite.

Meet Nicolle
Sassy, Fierce with just a touch of Sparkle!
Nicolle is a traditional Southern woman who comes from a large Italian, German, Irish family that always had an occasion for a having a party. That is where her love of events was born. At the hands of her Mother and Nonna, Nicolle learned to throw the most fabulous events so it was natural to become a planner. Having been a bridesmaid over 30 times Nicolle knows all the ins and outs of weddings.
Events by Nicolle was relaunched as Orange Butterfly Productions in honor of Nicolle's mother Pam who passed from Kidney Cancer in 2019. Pam's love and desire to entertain or throw a party, drives Nicolle to create memorable experiences for all her clients.
